Cyber Cove Solutions was established in 1998 to provide service tracking software to the repair industry. The first release of Service Attendant came later that year. Product enhancement, and the development of new features, has always been with valued input from service professionals in various fields. We believe this will continue to be our strength as we forge ahead.

Today our customers include service shops that provide appliance repair, computer repair, electronic equipment repair, industrial equipment repair, instrument repair, medical equipment repair, musical instrument repair, office equipment repair, refrigeration repair, tool repair, TV repair, vacuum repair, vending machine repair, video equipment repair, UHF/VHF equipment repair and more.
