Web Server Based
Service calls assigned to technicians
using the "Scheduler" are uploaded to the web server. Techs in the
field download their service calls at the start of the day, update
them, including parts and payment information, then print or email
the customer a receipt on site. All that is needed is a Windows
tablet, notebook or laptop computer and an internet connection which
only needs to be active at the beginning and end of the day. This
means technicians can operate anywhere in the field without being
dependant on an internet connection.
