90 days of unlimited telephone, email and remote assistance support
via the internet is included with the purchase of Service Attendant
service centre software. Add-on purchases made after the initial 90
day support period will come with 30 days of telephone and email support
related to that module.

Flat rate support coverage is available
in 3, 6 or 12 incident packages. See the "Pricing"

Single Incident Support
Single incident support service is available at $35.00 for the first
15 minutes and $1.50 per minute thereafter.
