60 days of unlimited telephone and email support is provided with the
purchase of the main program. Optional add-on module purchases made
after the initial 60 day support period will come with 30 days of telephone
and email support related to that module.
Flat Rate Support
Flat rate support coverage is available for $249.00 with a 6 incident,
1 year, limit. Each incident has a maximum time limit of 30 minutes.
Unused incidents are transferable with annual renewal.
Single Incident Support
Single incident support service is available at $35.00 for the first
15 minutes and $1.50 per minute thereafter.
Custom
Programming
Custom programming is available at the rate of $100.00 per hour.
