On-site service call
scheduling is easy using Service Attendant's "Scheduler"
module. Features include configurable service hours, zones, lunch
breaks and non-service holidays. Route maps are viewable using a browser.
Email, export and upload functions are provided for dispatching technician
route data. Pending service calls can be logged until ready to be
scheduled and assigned to a tech. The "Scheduler" is integrated
with the service work order software to eliminate redundant keying
of data.

Single Day View
Shows service calls for four technicians at a glance
(click to view other techs on the same date)
Multiple Day View 1
Shows service calls for a single technician over a five day period
Multiple Day View 2
Shows service calls for up to 30 days for one or more technicians

Field technicians dispatched with a
tablet, notebook or laptop computer connected to the internet can
update service call data, receive payment then email, or print, the
customer a receipt. Two mobile systems are available.
