Field service scheduling and dispatching is easy using Service Attendant's "Scheduler" module. Features include configurable service hours, zones, lunch breaks and no-service holidays. Email, export and upload functions are provided for dispatching technician route data. Route maps can be viewed using a browser.

Field technicians equipped with a notebook computer connected to the internet can update service records in real-time, accept and process payment then email, or print, the customer a receipt. Requires SQL Server, X-Charge payment processing and optionally a portable printer. Other configurations are also available.
