Additional Notes


- Same record can be received multiple times from field technicians


- Only new data will overwrite empty fields


- Repair charges are updated regardless of previous entries


- Mobile system will not update main records without confirmation


- Call Status drop-down list values (pre-defined)

   Customer not home, Cancelled, Not repairable, Not warranty, Pending estimate, Pending parts

   Pending other, Repaired, Re-schedule, See Tech Comments, Too costly


- Repair Description drop-down list values (user pre-defined)

   User’s can create their own mobile repair description list from existing “Repair Code” descriptions    within Service Attendant or by pre-entering them
